Paranoia

Recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups vivid memories
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons nausea
1 teaspoon racing thoughts
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cups regret
1/4 teaspoons water
1 cup fear
4 cups mistakes
1 large egg

Add flour, vanilla extract, water, and egg to a mixing bowl and stir quickly to occupy the mind. Then discard. Take remaining ingredients and stuff them deep inside your body and mind. Allow to fester and boil until the point of overflow. Refrigerate/freeze in order for it to keep firm.

(To remove final product, then seek therapy in a friend, family member, or professional. and finally take a deep breath.)
